Our aim is to provide you with a highly standard of care at all times and to deal with it quickly, courteously and effectively with any problems which may arise. We also aim to make improvements to our service based on what our patients tell us.

 

The Practice Complaints Procedure enables the practice to deal with complaints in line with the NHS regulations. The practie's feedback and complaints officer is the Practice Manager who will liaise with the appropriate dentist/partner to discuss your issue. We will endeavour to resolve your complaint quickly and effciently.
